The Journey …Getting from here to there to everywhere! We provide only the best!  Your sojourn begins and ends with private car service to and from the airport. You will enjoy only first-class international airline accommodations (including exclusive use of clubhouse facilities at each airport, with complimentary food, beverage, internet, shower, and, where available, even spa services!). Additionally, you will stay at only 5-Star lodges and in the best suite-level accommodations available.  You will experience breath-taking sights, sounds, tastes and adventure. As we only host intimate groups of eight or less, similarly-minded adults, your experience will include intimacy and solitude as well as a few friends to share the experience with. Rest assured, you’ll have plenty of time to relax too … alone or with friends.

So, I guess you do have a few decisions to make, but we’ll help you! For example, as we travel to the other side of the globe, most flights are over-night. So when on board the plane … would you like your spa treatment at your guest seat or in the salon? When would you like your bed turned down? Would you like a nightcap at the bar before bed?  Would you like a wake-up for breakfast or would you prefer a few extra winks and grab a full breakfast at the clubhouse after landing? Once at the clubhouse, would you like a massage? A haircut? A swim in the pool? Catch up on email, watch a movie? Decisions, decisions! 

At each lodge, you can expect any and all requests fulfilled. Pillow preference, done!   Prefer soda to coffee in the morning, say no more! Favorite beverage available in your room, enjoy! Each lodge is hand-selected and personally visited prior to hosting clients to ensure that they provide the utmost luxurious services.    

Again, choices, choices … shall you take a hot air balloon trip over the Serengeti?  Helicopter flip over Victoria Falls? Visit a local Shangaan village? Giving Back: We are most fortunate to be in a position to live a wonderful life and partake in what the world has to offer. We are also very fortunate to be in a magnanimous position to give back and to assist others when needed. As such, ImagineXpeditions visits lodges devoted to improving its community and surroundings.  Additionally, ImagineXpeditions is committed to donating $100 in the name of each client, each time they travel with us, to the local community fund. For example, Pride ‘n Purpose, a non-profit development fund committed to the uplifting of disadvantaged communities living in and adjacent to the Sabi Sands, including establishing home-based health care centers, special needs centers, building and funding schools, sponsoring sports and far beyond. Don’t You Worry Your Pretty Head! — Have a question? I have an answer! I’ll make sure and provide you with any and all information you need (and then some!).  Some examples include:

• Anticipated weather conditions both for the season of travel and the forecast for each area just prior to departure — with updates throughout the journey!
• Information regarding Passport and/or Visa requirement
• Recommended immunizations
• The latest airport security information, rules and regulations (for each airport we visit).  Shoes on or off?
• Luggage restrictions — condensing information in the simplest form!
  Granted, luggage restrictions are tight, however, bear in mind that the lodges offer basic full-size complimentary toiletries (including insect repellant!) as well as offer laundry services (never a charge for our clients!). Additionally, mainly casual clothing is required at the lodges.
• All reservations! From the moment you leave your door until the moment you return.
• A complete itinerary of your journey (including a detailed outline of inclusions).  Shortly before your travel, a Contact Information Itinerary will be emailed to you, which will include airline information as well as contact numbers for each lodge, including dates of stay.  This can be left behind as an envious reminder for those who won’t be joining you!  
• Facilitating your special requests — and even anticipating a few for you too!

Talk the talk — You should have little to no problem communicating as English is a primary language spoken throughout Africa.  Although many dialects are also spoken throughout the various regions, Zulu is a dominant language throughout South Africa.  Try a few phrases — the locals will appreciate your efforts!
